Navarin d'agneau:
I've been living in France for more than six months now and I love trying out different new recipes, to the delight of my husband. Here is one of the dishes that I did recently "Navarin d'agneau". Navarin d'agneau is a dish made with lamb meat and vegetables.

My husband loves to eat, and so do I! One day he heard something about Navarin d'agneau on TV and he said 'If you could make me a Navarin d'agneau...mmmmmm'.

I had recently bought some lamb meat so I got started the day after.

Needless to say, Gilles (my hubby), was extremely pleased with the end result. The lamb was succulent and so tender...unbelievable!
