Mushroom risotto:

It's a delicious dish made of champignon mushrooms and Italian round rice...but with a twist. Instead of cream, you have to add mascarpone cheese, which just makes the whole item a lot more savoury. Oh I also added dried ceps ( a kind of mushroom).



My husband made weird faces while eating the dish. It's not the  mushrooms that made him go crazy.
