Triple delight:
Yes, that's how I'm going to name my dessert. The idea came to me once I ate a pastry from a famous pastry shop in Marseille 'Dupuichaffray'. I had the idea to make a laired pastry and here's the result (see the photos below).
The bottom layer is old school brownie, then there is raspberry jelly, followed by chocolate mousse (or cream, as my mousse didn't form!). On top of it, I put chantilly. A gorgeous dessert!
